Pali is an exceptionally gifted and thoughtful Pilates instructor. Using the reformer and other devices she has helped me rehabilitate my back and shoulder so that I can now move freely. She has also helped me improve my overall strength and tone. Applying her keen interest in the mechanics of the body, she tailors her instruction to the personal needs of each of her clients. She is engaging and personable I look forward to every class and am always surprised by how quickly the hour disappears!

Pali is a brilliant Pilates teacher with a focus on reformer pilates. I have not done any reformer Pilates before, but she has been brilliant at helping me learn and understand the correct movements. Her focus is on supporting better movement and I have felt a huge benefit in a short span of time from working with her. Her teaching style is very individualised, she works to understand your personal goals and adapts her style to suit what works for you. I would highly recommend her, thanks Pali!

After suffering years of back pain, I was recommended Pilates with Pali by a physiotherapist. Her Pilates classes and one to one sessions over the last two years have completely changed my life. She is incredibly motivational and positive. Palis bespoke method and real attention to my needs have completely overhauled my health, fitness and well-being. I used to think Pilates was just about flexibility and strengthening my core, however Pali has really helped me learn more about my own personal body and how to move more efficiently. I now have a totally different Posture and Walk and am free of back pain! Through Pali and Pilates, Ive finally found a form of exercise I truly love and would highly recommend her to anyone at the beginning of their journey who feels a bit nervous or anyone who has back or posture problems.

We have been going to Pali's Pilates classes for 2/3 years now and have seen a great improvement in flexibility and core strength. Her classes are held with small numbers and this ensures each lesson has a personal element. Pali challenges us but is very aware of our personal needs and always helps us to work to the best of our abilities. Would highly recommend her lessons.

I can thoroughly recommend Palis Pilates classes. Ive been going for several years now - my back pain is virtually gone and my body feels much stronger. I always enjoy the classes - each one is different. They are innovative and original and constantly evolving. They never become formulaic or boring like other exercise classes I have been to. Palis passion for Pilates really comes across - she has an extensive knowledge and understanding of Pilates and the biomechanics of the body, which she always aims to share with us. She makes sure youre doing the exercises correctly and adapts them to meet your needs.
