We decided on this home for Mum in 2019 as she had been there on respite a couple times and was well looked after whilst there, no problems at all.
We then went in to the pandemic and thought this the home were amazing, they helped mum whilst i was video call, even followed her around for me trying to get her to interact with me, they did all they can for her, while me and my father could not be there. The pandemic was hard for everyone especially those who's loved ones were in homes. But the Boyne were so lovely and even in the move to there other home they were so supportive and always cared and did there upmost.

Our Mum moved into the Boyne and was immediately made to feel very welcome. Hannah and the duty manager were there to greet Mum on arrival and even the chef came to see Mum and show pictures of the meal choices. Mum was gently introduced to her new surroundings and thanks to the whole team settled in very easily.
To see the residents happy in such a caring environment is a comforting feeling for families.
My family and I are truly grateful to Hannah and team for not only making Mum so welcome and providing great care but also supporting us as a family through a difficult transition.

My partner was resident for several years, during which time the management and staff were exemplary in their duty of care, achieving the highest standards and thus peace of mind for friends and relatives.
The Home has been steadfast in the promptness and accuracy of its communication, where any concerns about the slightest changes in my partner's condition were reported and discussed with me.
The bedrooms and the public spaces are maintained with a sense of due intimacy as well as cleanliness and efficiency.
During the most difficult time of the pandemic, management and staff went out of their way to maintain the integrity of high standards as well as regular, useful and sympathetic communication to relatives.
Above all, my partner has been treated with a degree of kindness and dignity that exceeded my expectations.
