Not very helpful once taken your money

Hotel was horrible room was the smallest ever seen, scruffy every floor. Booked on a trip to see the lights to be told we was being picked up 20 minutes in a taxi from our hotel, had to arrange to be picked up from our hotel at a massive extra cost, everyone else was being picked up from hotel apart from us and we wasn't told, good job we checked we was booked on a northern lights tour it was awful as well. If using this company check everything before you book it. I wont be rushing back to use this company

I booked a trip to Iceland as the price was good, and although the support and help I received was good, they don't seem to be abta or atol covered, which I find worrying
