Find it nearly impossible to get food from here, says they are open but nearly every time I go there they are closed and they never answer the phone every time I call to check for some basic information

Consistent issues with online orders. The first time ordered from their online website (for collection) I turned up after 30mins only to be told they didn't receive it. I then had to wait 30mins while they served another customer before they even started preparing my order. Food was tasty though so we thought we'd try them again years later (today). We just ordered a delivery using their website. After a few minutes I received a text saying they have cancelled the order (no call or anything to say why).

Went for a private party and thoroughly enjoyed myself. Service was really good and the girls who accommodated us were delightful. Would definitely recommend!! Parking: Parking accessible directly outside.
