Visited the shop & spoke to Aaron who gave us good practical advice & got us to try various beds to ensure what he was recommending was what we wanted. No hard sell, just good advice without being over zealous. Prices seem very reasonable compared to other shops/department stores. The delivery was as promised & first impressions are very good.

I recently purchased a bed and mattress from here, and I'm elated with the service I received, from start to finish. Aaron was very helpful and informative, as I'd been to a few places and was a bit overwhelmed with what to choose, so his input made it so much easier for me to make a decision. They also offered an assembley service on delivery, inclusive of the cost, so this made it stress for me, as I'm moving property and have many other things to consider. I would highly recommend this business!

This is the 2nd time we have ordered a bed from here. The first time we used Bedtime was because we had been badly let down by one of the well known bed companies. On both occasions the service and very quick lead times has been excellent. The shop does not look that impressive from outside, but I encourage people to pop in, support a small local business, you will not be disappointed.
