    Dita was amazing! Ive thick, long (to bum) curly hair. I choose my salons carefully and this one didnt let me down. I went for a balayage, trim and blow dry and Im so pleased with the results. Please ignore any bad reviews- there is no pleasing people! Thanks for the great service and for making me feel a new woman. Ill be back for sure :) Services: Blowdry, Curly hair, Balayage

    The response of the owner speaks volumes!!! Zero professionalism, give this place a wide berth! Sweet Lord here we go - good business practice is to listen to your customer and see feedback as an opportunity for growth. Anytime a customer has taken the time to leave a review, the owner should be able to understand from the customers perspective that they are not happy and there is an imbalance in customer expectation and service received. An apology for lack of said expectation or poor service, will raise your perception to the public as an owner that actually cares and strives to improve on their reputation. At the very least incidents should be investigated, errors acknowledged and training given where necessary. Remember, when a peacock struts his stuff, he shows his backside to everyone watching. This is constructive criticism, if you view it as an attack then that is a trigger that you need to deal with. Peace and Light.
