Probably the worst wenzels I have ever visited. I visited the area for work and it was unbelievable what I saw 2 of staff members whispering and making fun of a lady waiting for her food while one replied to her in a rude manner. One of the staff member was wearing glasses and must be in her 40's ( 4th january around 12.30pm).Another customer noticed and asked for the managers name too. There should be action taken against these staff members as this is unacceptable.

Wenzel's has always been my go to place. But this particular store has rude staff that are not very accommodating to the needs of their customers. They make suggestions in fact kinda force them that we can't warm this sandwich up for you y don't u have the second one instead and the way they communicate is not sumthing ull be looking for. I have always been to their other branches and never felt like ds before. Their communication is definitely not very friendly and inviting. And mind you it was the second time this happened. I mean theres a big difference in politely explaining and shoving replies on someone.. Good customer service never hurts.
