The whole experience was fantastic, I can't fault it at all and would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to improve their performance or just interested in finding out more about how they run. I did mine with a family member and our partners came. Mitch was so informative and engaging with all of us. I got lots of good tips about things I can do to improve and the information was all sent through so I didn't have to try and remember it all. It felt like excellent, practical advice and information. Thank you Mitch.

I love running, although I have had very limited guidance on techniques, I guessed, we just do it naturally. However as I have got older, I have become more susceptible to sore knees and tight calves. Having had the gold therapy package bought for me as a birthday gift, I was keen to understand the body mechanics, and whether there were simple changes I could make to ensure the longevity of my running enjoyment. The 3D running analysis was very technical in terms of understanding the body movement, stresses involved and timings involved. Mitchel was then able to put it into simple terminology, that made absolute sense and allowed me to understand what was actually happening within my running pattern. The Gold package allowed Mitchel to try simple but different techniques, where we could then analyse, discuss and physically see the difference it made. For example by increasing my cadence and reducing the amount I leaned forward significantly improved my running efficiency, but for me, most importantly took me out of the running profile that suffered most injuries into a profile with a low injury risk rating. More importantly I could genuinely feel the reduced pressure on my knees and calves. Mitchel finished off with simple recommended strengthening exercises that were not time consuming and will encourage a better running posture. Sounds simple but after over thirty years of running, it was quite profound to me.

I have been to see Mitchell a few times now, both for the running analysis and for therapy. Each time I have come away with something new! The analysis gave me great insight into how to improve my running form , highlighted various weaknesses and I was given exercises to help build strength in areas where I was lacking (and am glad to say that those particular issues have not reoccurred since). There was a lot of information to take in but it was broken down perfectly and the report provided afterwards ensured nothing was forgotten. As to general therapy, thanks to Mitchell's excellent questioning technique he is generally able to pinpoint what is the cause of the issue before even doing anything! I always leave feeling ten times better and my running is going from strength to strength. All in all, a superb, professional service delivered in a friendly, unintimidating manner. Highly recommend.

I went along with a long standing running injury - i wanted advice and help on getting back to running.Mitchell was very knowledgeable and i came away with a clear recovery programme and a really good understanding of what had happened with the injury. I would certainly recommend a visit -it was well worth travelling from outside the area . I certainly would go again and happily vouch for the usefulness of the consultation.

Excellent. Highly recommended. Went to see Mitch in Nov 2018 with various running related issues. The analysis revealed areas that needed work and Mitch explained in plain language what it all meant, and how to go about putting it right. Youll need to put the work in, but it will get you results.
