Paws Outdoors walked my dog Dexter for over a year whilst I needed some extra help and I'm so pleased I found them. I was nervous at first because Dexter's recall was non existent when around other dogs so he started off on the lead until I felt comfortable for him to be let off. His recall is great now and having furry play time has been so beneficial for him. They have been incredibly accommodating and flexible which has helped keep me sane during pregnancy and maternity leave. Unfortunately we're moving away and can no longer use Paws Outdoors which is a real shame, Dexter and I will miss you all.

Very professional. Came up to meet our slightly nervous rescue and soon made friends. He's on his second walk and is desperate to go out walking so no nerves just a happy doggy.

My partner called in November 19 and we had some initial conversations about dog walking and training, we waited for a call back and left several messages but they never bothered returning the calls. Using a different mobile number and details I left a message in feb 20, same thing - not even a sorry we are to busy. I wouldnt have bothered had they not indicated initially that they would be back to us, I just dont understand businesses that cant communicate, its very simple to say we are to busy to help or its not our expertise - obviously easier to ignore the customers and hope they go away

Michelle looked after my rather anxious cat for 20 days over Christmas and New Year 2019-2020. This is the first time I have ever left her for this long and I was very nervous. She has a tendency to over groom. Michelle sent me as many updates as I wanted and it was clear from the photos that she was becoming more relaxed every day. I came home to a very happy and relaxed without a single bald or sore patch. Michelle looked after the house too, opening the blinds, taking post in and even feeding the birds. Michelle has given me the confidence to travel more without any hesitation about leaving the moggie in her more than capable hands. I am so grateful to have found Michelle.
