        Overall I was really disappointed with the service from this company. Firstly they installed the wrong thermostats, inferior to the ones I'd paid for; and rather than owning up to this change/mistake, I had to figure it out for myself. They then had to come back again to fit the correct ones. Jon also represented up front that the installation would take a full day, and on that basis I agreed to their quote. However the work took only 3 hours - and Jon has subsequently refused to refund any of the labour cost. So in summary, they tried to get away with installing the wrong thermostats and were content to overcharge for the labour. Avoid.

        We love our Sonos system thanks to Jon and his team. They skilfully installed it all and made appropriate recommendations while we were renovating our house. Very impressed and we'll be getting them to do our smart heating system next!
