        I used to go the Beauty Barn for years but since it has changed hands it has certainly gone down hill. I was bought a voucher for my birthday 6 months ago but since having a baby unfortunately the voucher expired as I just havent had the chance to make the appointment. I rang to explain and see if there was anything they could do which I understand in some circumstances there isnt but the way the manager spoke to me over the phone was disgusting. Absolutely awful customer service and will certainly never be using the Beauty Barn again.

        I love this salon. The building is lovely. The staff are all very friendly. I have regular facial treatments and always leave relaxed and feeling refreshed. They keep up with all the latest advances in beauty treatments. Would recommend a visit if you have never been. Even better now due to the bakery and coffee house next door. Services: Manicure, Massage
