Great local pub. Live music events from time to time.

Was up for sale when I was there. It did look a bit run down, but pleasant landlord and friendly locals. Decent pint of cask ale. Our group were happy with the hospitality we received. Sadly though the Royal Staff needs some investment if it is sold, or it could go the same way as many locals lately. I hope it survives.
