Ive used Grand Heating a couple of times now and I have been more than pleased with their service. Grand Heating technician is professional and courteous. Service was provided in a timely manner and the cost was reasonable and the problem was fixed quickly. I will definitely call them again if I need air conditioning or heating work again.

i rang this emergency service as i had a tenanted property without hot water. the office was extremely assuring and gave me a time slot that an engineer would visit that same day for their emergency call out fee which they took over the phone immediately. despite me waiting on site until the evening nobody turned up. i rang the office 3 times during the afternoon and was informed each time they would contact the engineer. i rang yesterday and complained and was told again they would speak to the engineer and email me a full report of the issue. 4 days later and my tenants still have no hot water and are rather irrate. the money taken from my card was from a different company name all together, which is suspicious and ill be reporting it to my bank. nobody is now picking up the phone. this is not an emergency plumbing service and i would not ever use them for any gas plumbing or heating services ever again.
