        The buses to Guildford are always late, the timetable at the bus station is wrong, the 6:25 bus never comes in time, is really not good!

        If there's a zero point I would give it. Today I was late my exam for 40 min. Because of your most unprofessional and the most expensive service. Buses never show up. And there's not any information about delays or if you are doing any strike. Now I am waiting at the bus stop trying to go back home, and it has been 1 hour!!!!!!!!! Do you have any respect?!!!!!Disgusting bus service.
