Have been struggling for years with a foot problem which flares up every few months and causes unbearable pain. After speaking to my GP on multiple occasions I was advised to consult a podiatrist. I contacted John who got back to me within 24 hours and was able to offer an appointment same day! Im highly impressed with his swift response and being able to get an appointment straight away as other podiatrists were looking at a 2 week wait - which feels like an eternity away when youre in pain! John is extremely knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the cause of the problem within minutes of my visit. He was able to temporarily solve the issue but also gave me the option of going for minor surgery which would permanently solve this problem. I opted for the permanent solution and was able to get this done there and then! 2 days later and although not completely healed, the relief Im already experiencing is life changing. John was so lovely throughout the entire process, making me feel at complete ease and offered expertise information so I was able to make my final decision with confidence. Thank you John for all your help - my only regret being that I wish I came to you earlier to sort this once and for all!

Please be aware that this only applies to custom insoles made by Jon. I went through the process and received 2 sets of insoles, one for work and one for running which I was very clear about. Both were slightly uncomfortable so I went back to Jon and he proceeded to use a belt sander on my insoles, having invested (as it was money upfront) in these insoles I continually went back to Jon 4/5 times. The insoles became bearable and I used them with no other choice and little money left in the pot. Since using the running insole I have had problems with my ankles (yes this could be many factors). I have now managed to save up to see another consultant regarding insoles. I showed them my running insole supplied by Jon and they said you should never run in a hard heeled insoles like the one that Jon made for me. I feel extremely let down by Jon, I dont think he did it out of greed, hes a lovely man but his lack of knowledge has cost me a lot of money and pain.

After visiting John for plantar fasciitis, he told me that orthotic insoles would cure my problem and leave me pain free. After suffering for two years I was willing to give these a go despite the huge cost of 435! After receiving my orthotics I was told that the pain would ease very quickly and that soon I would be pain free. Months later and there is no improvement, if anything the pain is worse. There was no follow up care from John and after spending that amount of money on a useless pair of insoles , I feel thoroughly ripped off! My advice if suffering from plantar fasciitis is avoid this man at all costs and instead go for physiotherapy. You'll save yourself a fortune and won't waste your time.

Great service and nice guy,it took about 2 months for my sons wart to go,After the big one on his foot fell off the others eventually cleared up.
