i will never use jet parks again through their own website booking was being made and again their own website crashed causing error on booking they charged me for putting the error right even though its their website that keeps crashing jet parks goodbye a regular user until now .

I used this site for the first time today and was impressed. For a comparison company who doesn't own any car parks, their prices are the same as going direct, I checked. Its an easy way to get honest value for money at the airport. I'll trust them again.

Picked our car up from purple parking meet and greet Gatwick after holiday . At reception our car key was in bits as the car is keyless entry and comes apart if you slde it open, which is not easy to do. I checked the car for damage and we had door opening damage on both sides , light scratches on entire passenger side where it had been parked against a Bush. Started the car and had an extra 85 miles and a qauter of a tank of diesel been used. The passenger seat was reclined so we had to re adjust to get passengers in . Carpets had dirt where people had been using car . Radio up loud on starting to a channel we don't use . One of the staff was watching me checking car and talking to my wife and friends as i was disturbed at the condition of the car and he was smirking at us . We do use purple parking where we park and take the keys and shuttle bus, but not meet and greet as we had a similar problem years ago . Our freinds arranged this without me knowing. So had to hand over our keys and fly . I feel absolutely awful about this service and I know there's no way I would be able to get compensation. Reading reviews today a lot of people have had trouble. Stay away from meet and greet as they don't take care of your car.
