Romans Letting & Estate Agents Aldershot

Romans is absolutely the worst lettings agent Ive ever ever had the displeasure to deal with. They've left my tenancy property unmaintained, denied liability for fixing them including heating during winter, charged extortionate fees for cleaning, and followed up with communications months later. Utterly clueless communications and without a care for tenants. I've also sold several properties with Romans and without high street real-estate agents at all in the UK myself - don't bother with high street real-estate agents if this lot are anything to go by (their agents will all get paid a flat fee anyway if your house sells for 10k more or less - hence the high pressure to take the 1st offer!). Instead of thousands of fees for poor service, one can easily save money by using one of many on-line sales agents that charge you literally pennies (Strike is one, there are many similar). I would strongly recommend anyone considering Romans as their lettings agent to pick another agency due to the shambolic customer service and dreadful after care. I have little doubt it will be a similar experience once you've signed for them as seller, and you will be locked in for month/s. Avoid at all costs.

It has been a great journey with this estate agent so far. Our property manager is Mo Rajpute who has always been in touch with us whenever we have raised any issue. He is very efficient at his job.

Excellent service from all the staff at the Aldershot office. Took much of the stress out of the sales process. Nice people as well.

Dan and the team were fantastic. He went above and beyond to try and keep the process as stress free as possible for us. The team were always extremely responsive and always happy to help. We had offers from every viewing and I have no doubt that was not just the house but also the professional approach the team have in preparing for viewings. Extremely happy with the service and would have no hesitation in recommending Romans Aldershot to family and friends.
