My experience of the shop is the staff are always kind, caring and friendly and have taken the time out while my son did Work Experience here. He absolutely loves the shop and wants to work here when he has finished college. Their knowledge of pets is outstanding and they have an amazing amount of stock I have purchased a budgie from here she is an amazing little bird and the shop is the best place around to get a budgie from compared to other places where I have got budgies from in the past, also their quality of wax worms for my gecko scuttle is excellent - big fat, juicy ones scuttle much prefers theres to other pet shops a totally brilliant shop I would recommend it to anyone

Amazing staff here, so welcoming and helpful. Great stock at very good prices and a lovely collection of animals.

Fantastic service here today. The lady was knowledgeable, friendly and polite. She took the time to explain the various pets to my daughter and also answered all my questions too. So very glad I decided to stop here rather than going to a large chain store. Will absolutely visit again.
