Cambridge Group Practice

Absolutely awful experience. Tried to call three times, only to be told to call back later. Finally get through, then wait for over 5 hours to be told I have been put on the out of hours waiting list. Even now it being nearly 8pm still no call. Visited the centre for health to be told if I don't get a call tonight try again tomorrow! So here I am, a qualified medical personal with most likely Strep Throat waiting for antibiotics! Also having to take time off work. Horrible service from the Cambridge Practice! Definitely going to move.

I can't get through to make an appointment with the doctor. Why don't you have an on-line record? Why is it not possible to register in person? Why is it possible to sign up for GP only by phone? It is very difficult for us as foreigners. I don't understand what the mechanical voice is saying.

I am from 3rd world country and service here is worse than back home. Staff as lazy as can be also feels like talking to a robot. Been in there 13 years and out of 15 or so visits I only have had 1 decent service. Getting repeat prescription for dad with stroke and house bound.... Prescription lost 2 times in 5 visits with staff losing paper works.

I love this practice. I have never had an issue getting an appointment. All the staff are warm, caring, and go the extra mile to help sort you out. The GPs are all wonderful. Thank you so much for your service. It can't be easy, during these trying times.

Dr SM was amazing with my mum. She made urgent referral after blood test results and phoned us that evening to explain in a very professional yet human manner in what was probably a 12 hour day. Thank you doctor for your attention and care.
