The coffee would be served on the counter and my wife would put the lid on. Also on the counter was the chocolate and the cinnamon shakers.
A while back she went in for her usual order of a flat white and asked where the cinnamon was. The server barked "No, that's 30p extra"
Very short sighted for a place to act like this towards customers. We won't be going back.
