        Need some staff training. The customer service in this place is out of this world and not in a good way.

        This is normally my go-to Chinese takeaway, has been for the last 3 years. But I went tonight (17th Jan) to go collect and I said that my name is Michael for collection. There was two guys behind the counter, I gave them my money and then switched up on me suddenly and they were adamant that I was a guy named Josh and that my money was counterfeit. I asked what was going on, they replied you know exactly whats going on and proceeded to call a manager so I had no choice but to wait no phone coz I live so close by. In the end gave me the food. I then asked who josh is? And he said dont worry about it no apology, no nothing. Just being rude and completely unprofessional. The whole thing was completely uncalled for, accusing me of being someone Im not, wether they had a dispute with Josh Or some kind of racial attack? I dont know. I never write reviews but this had to be addressed. Outrageous!
