I did work for this company for nearly 5 years and I would have probably still be with them if they review the salary at least once every two years. It looks like a place to start for project managers because most of them are clueless or dont care much. I have meet few really nice project managers, the two John's, Daniel P. And Sam, but that's all. Regarding the quality of life as Installer, It's all about how you organise yourself, some reviews below are unfair, some are spot on. It is challenging but with good arguments you can turn the odds in your favour. The training offered is quite basic but related to what's to be done on the jobs. The motivational system it's basic, hit and miss, up to the individual if it want to be competitive as the reward is not something to be motivated to get. The pay is basic, but installers are on unskilled position...nothing much to ask. The top man of this company is a very down to earth person which will talk to the staff at every level.
