        Awful experience with Lyndsay. Did not secure the mortgage we wanted, too late to rectify as would have lost the house, lost over 5k due to this. Errors on Lyndsay's end. No apology. Requested case file several times which was ignored. Would not recommend. Agreed a refund of 495. Still 5k down. DO NOT COMMUNICATE WITH HER VIA IMESSAGE as unless you save these as you go yourself you will not be able to retrieve them. Unprofessional and others have had similar experiences.
