        Less than helpful when we requested an electrical drawing for their product NBG600S, although I'm an electrical engineer by trade they said they could not release a drawing to people who are not competent on the basis that their drawing is not being kept up to date. This is poor back up service considering we have 10 of these units on our premises. It may be worth looking at another supplier.

        Reached out to these guys about a Marantec garage door issue today. The lady answering the phone was ever so helpful and kind, and the gentleman on technical support was extremely patient and knowledgeable. Thanks ever so much; would highly recommend!
