Where do I start - after getting various local quotes, I knew E&S were the right match. When Ben first came around to inspect the current build, he was professional, friendly, reassuring and filled me with confidence - this continued throughout the process with the team which made the whole process much easier for me whilst WFH! Arrangements were seamless and there was transparency throughout - I knew what to expect at each stage. Even after the work was done they came back to do snags with no problem. Ben and his team were great! We are very pleased with how things have turned out. We've had all of our windows replaced and the team were very tidy / efficient in carrying out the task. The windows themselves are also impressive, they have made the house warmer and look really classy. I contacted Ben via a recommendation from a friend to have my windows and doors to a balcony replaced. The team completed the job to an amazing standard, very quick, thorough, friendly and professional! The team even cleabed the windows upon completion and hoovered after themselves, leaving no evidence that they had been except for my lovely new windows! Not a scrape on any of the walls and the guys even sanded and filled a couple of the rebates in two bedrooms that had been damaged by damp caused by condensation from the old windows.
