        Wonderful health food shop. Friendly & helpful staff. Great selection of dried goods. They Have multiple options for healthy non-rolled oats, including Pinhead Oats (aka Irish Oats, or Steel-Cut Oats) for making delicious porridge. They also have fancy nuts in the bulk bins at the back....The Almonds coated in Cinnamon-Sugar-Maple are devine ! Lots of good yummy stuff in this store.

        I have recently moved to the area and adopted a plant based diet last year... All I can say is - what a gem this shop is!!! I have just eaten an Indian Pancake with a pot of Dhal and it was absolutely beautiful. A wonderfully talented lady making such authentic food... 10 times better than the over priced take away Indian restaurants in Manningtree. I can't fault it... Food is well worth the wait. The portion sizes are spot on for what you pay... Unlike Caf Rio I've tried lots of local businesses in Manningtree, Lawford and Mistley, but this one is the best. Their shop of food, gifts, and staples are fab, stuff I can't even get in Tesco or co-op I can always find here I love that this shop has survived the pandemic. If your thinking of going to The WholeFood Store, you won't be disappointed. 5*
