    I have sent an email to Energie Solutions Ltd expressing my disappointment with their service. It started with a very slow and poor response to my enquiries, then having to chase for confirmation of booking dates as I had taken time off work. I wanted my solar hot water system serviced. In the end I had an engineer look at it and tell me it needed a service? I then received an invoice for his visit and a quote of circa 800 for any work to be done (it needs draining, flushing and re-filling). So all told almost 1k to get it serviced which will not give viable savings on energy costs to make it feasible. I also got my neighbour booked in but Energie Solutions didnt apply the group booking discount which I had to remind them. Anyway, I have paid the 130 fee for the service that wasn't a service and wont be using this company anymore. I hope they review their policies, if further work is required (especially when I requested a drain and flush initially) dont charge for a service that cant actually be completed, maybe offer that as a discount if you proceed with the additional work. If a customer asks for a drain and flush, just do it, dont waste peoples time. Better communication required, I should have seen the signs and walked away when I had to chase for confirmation of bookings etc. People have jobs/lives, I had to take a day off so prompt confirmation is a courtesy. Lastly, working in construction, I have taken advice on the quote for the work. Almost 800 to do the quoted work on top of the initial "service" is way too steep. You are pricing yourselves out of your own industry. I have my boiler serviced (yes serviced, properly) every year including parts for a fraction of that price, in fact a major car service probably costs less including parts. Anyway, I cant comment on workmanship, no work was carried out. The engineer who attended was professional etc, no issues with him at all. Im sure the owner will comment and justify everything and I look forward to the response, but please get several quotes and be very clear with this company as to what you want and what you are paying for. Check your invoice carefully as mine had mistakes and expect delays when emailing.

    We called Energie Solutions Ltd to service our source heating in our newly purchased home, received a quote and were happy with the 228.00 price so agreed for them to do the job. There was also an issue with one of our thermostats which we asked for them to look at. The technician spent an hour confirming that the thermostat was faulty, but was unable to fix it - so suggested we get another electrician in to fix the issue. Upon leaving, I was told that the service had been done (I was quite surprised as all of my security cameras told me otherwise) - non the less I believed the technician as did not for one minute think he would claim to have done something he hadn't. Upon further investigation it transpired that the service had not been done, the thermostat not been fixed - yet they have continued to badger me for payment, finally threatening me with the small claims court. I have been left with no option other than to pay the amount (minus 60.00 offered) in order to not have to go through the rigmarole of court. Be cautious - we were quoted for a service, accepted the quote, they did not do the service - yet still hounded for payment. EDIT: Seeing as you have replied making me to be the one in the wrong I am going to address your points. You gave no more time than paid for - you were with us for one hour as proven by CCTV. You did not carry out all work quoted - you carried out no work apart from confirming a fault which you were unable to do anything about.(a fault that I had an electrician come and sort) We had a quote for a service - it is yet to be done. Why would I direct my review to anyone other than the person who quoted to do the work - there were no other parties involved, no original installer or builder required - just yourselves. In the interest of clarity perhaps a few screen grabs might help jog your memory......

    Lovely people, who most of all did a fantastic, first class, quality job. Worked really hard, long days to get the job done, finished off work immaculately, cleaned up after themselves. I cannot reccomend them enough.

    Just had an ASHP system fitted by Energie Solutions and very happy with it. Despite delivery problems due to Brexit and Covid, installation went ahead smoothly. Hit a few installation glitches, but these were dealt with in a timely manner, with full support from Manufacturer (Nibe). Workmanship was knowledgeable, neat and tidy.

    My daughters company deserves all the success in the world. Her and the team work so hard to make sure customers are as happy as possible. Her 'lads' Thomas, Ollie, Nigel and Phil are brilliant. They have rewired my entire bungalow and put in a brand new boiler and wet central heating system. Both myself and my wife are warm and feel very safe knowing everything was done to a brilliant standard. It angers me when I read some of the negative comments they have received, given that the people complaining, it would seem really only had their self to blame. Lovely to see so many lovely comments too. Good luck to you sweetheart Love Dad x
