        Long queues to collect prescriptions, chaotic, low stock and some of the staff are not very pleasant. Wish there was another pharmacy.

        I have visited this pharmacy twice. On both occasions the wait was at least an hour to be seen, and to get served with my prescription. There seems to be no sense of urgency, or regard to customer service from the staff members I have encountered. I no longer use this pharmacy.

        Its never open! Acceptable behaviour is to put a note on the door every day apparently.

        The shop itself is clean and tidy and has a fair range for it's size and is situated near two car parks. I'm totally fed up with the lady on the main till with bobbed brown/black hair and generally wears black and no name badge! She is miserable and extremely unfriendly. No greeting, smile, thanks or even goodbye. Anything seems like hard work. If she can scoot off and let another member of staff serve she will. As for click and collect you might aswell be asking her to lend you money. Yet if you get another staff member they'll have your order within a minute or so wait with no fuss or excuses. She stands there coughing not covering her mouth, which is the height of bad manners. All the other staff are really lovely but she is a complete let down to the team.
