A true example of the highest level of service. I was recommended by a friend who knew I was in the process of searching for my first property. As a first time buyer (and American) I was pretty lost. Ed was incredibly generous with this time and attention to answer all of my endless questions, give advice, and my rock and one true source during the very messy process of buying a home in the UK. Ed always went above and beyond, was the one person I could trust and in the end felt like an old friend. I never thought to hire a mortgage advisor (thought I could do it on my own) but can now confidently say I don't think I could have done it without Ed. I couldn't be more grateful to Ed and the team.
