Riverside Health Centre

As per other reviews below really unhelpful receptionists. I think their mission is to prevent you from getting to see a doctor. Some of them are quite rude.

I dread phoning and speaking to reception, the service is usually unhelpful. However, my experience of seeing the doctors is much more positive.

From reading other reviews can see nothing has changed in over a year with the rude obnoxious staff, doctor seemed okay on our first visit. Only been with this doctor a month after recently moving to the area. and after reading reviews i do not wanna be with this doctors anymore. This is concerning a newborn child and did not care at all. Absolute fuming

This has to be the worst doctors Ive ever been registered that just make sure that youre not seriously ill because youre never gonna get an appointment

Shockingly unhelpful. If you can actually get to see a GP or nurse they are fine but good luck seeing someone. Feels like they are being deliberately obstructive. Receptionists give out wrong information. Was told we couldn't register as a temporary patient, even though it says clearly on NHS website that we can. Family member in crisis couldn't get access to treatment and was offered an appointment in over a week. Spoke to 111 helpline who couldn't believe it. Unsympathetic and give the impression that they couldn't care at all what happens to you. Appalling! On a different occasion recently, family member requested urgent medication 3 times without getting a response. I had to speak to Practice Manager to get a response. I feel for anyone too poorly to have the energy to fight for an appointment or any kind of support.
