I give you at Lucciola - 5 stars for responsiveness. We were very short of time to arrange our stay and with not much information, you found a couple of places for us to look into for our short break in Salisbury. You responded to our questions and took all the pressure off us by dealing with the hotels directly. Another 5 stars for the hotel choices you found for us. The location of The Rose and Crown was perfect for all we needed and wanted to do in Salisbury. You found us a very good deal with breakfast and dinner both nights included in the price, as well as a packed lunch! Although the hotel's decor was tired in places, its situation next to the river was very relaxing and especially enjoyable with the warm September weather. Our room was spacious and the staff were very friendly and we would definitely stay there again. Thank you Lucciola, we were very happy with our experience of booking with you and will definitely be asking for your help again with planning our trip to Tuscany. Best wishes, Jane

Lucciola arranged a beautiful holiday for us both to Lake Como back in May. We were completely overwhelmed about what beautiful town around the lake to stay in, but Rebecca's tailored recommendations made the decision process a lot less stressful. She arranged the whole holiday for us, and provided excellent assistance with two rearranges due to Covid. On top of that, we had a lovely bottle of Prosecco awaiting us on arrival to our hotel courtesy of Lucciola! I used Lucciola Travel to help me create, plan and finalise my first solo holiday. Not only did this give me piece of mind when travelling abroad alone as a woman, but Lucciola Travel's focus on the hidden gems of Italy meant that I had a unique holiday which was tailored exactly to my criteria. Lucciola travel, what can I say.. Fabulous! An excellent and professional service, and within budget. Initially I was looking at booking a holiday to Italy next year however I also had a Stag night to arrange in the Midlands and Rebecca was extremely helpful, with the hotel, restaurant and activities all sorted and booked in. Rebecca, is very knowledgable and has lots of not so obvious solutions which I like. She is very professional, friendly and warm with a great sense of humour. She is very good and what she does and does so with care and with passion. I love her enthusiasm and love for Italy Thank you for everything x
