        SMART Dojos hosted a ladies self defence class at Fortitude Fitness in Ipswich. Laurence and Nicky were great - knowledgeable, thorough, took their time with each attendee and had a good sense of humour with it all to top it off nicely! The class was really informative and I left feeling like I could defend myself if needed! Thank you and I would highly recommend

        My Son has received training with Smart Dojos for over 4 years now. They are a professional business and classes are well structured and run. You know the instructors they don't change every week, they know their students and work to build up their techniques. Its equally great for confidence and also a lot of teens/adults feel a bit safer having learnt some of the techniques. I would highly recommend.

        2 brilliant sessions delivered at school to some of our Y11 & 13 pupils. Loads of really useful techniques taught & in a very clear, professional but humorous way. Pupils had lots of fun and learnt loads. Thank you!

        Have been bringing my grandchild to smart dojo's at Holbrook for a few months now, I'm pleased with his progress in confidence listening and following instruction. They have done a fantastic job with teaching him different skills which will be valuable in life... Thank you to all the team.
