He has destroyed my laptop. Why he couldn't call or email his intentions is beyond me. He said to read the small print on his ticket he gives you on arrival. Dodgy to say the least. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! What actually happened to my laptop, my data or SD card of photos is anyone's guess. Feeling very vulnerable in the position he has left me. I threatened small claims, he has become very nasty. How bizarre, Phil takes more than a year to say that he did not get nasty.... Not a word about his inability to contact people about their service. Not a word about destruction of a computer without seeking the owners permission. NOT a word about the loss of data or security risk imposed upon the family. How BIZARRE that all previous bad reviews have been deleted,, except mine? Put it to bed Phil.

Excellent Computer Repairs Shop. I cannot fault the service I recieved here, in less than 6 hours my computer had been repaired at a very reasonable price. My computer needed a new screen, which it has for some time but it was progressively getting worse so had to bite the bullet and get it sorted. I dropped my HP Pavillion laptop off at 0930am and it is now 15:57 and I am at home with it fully functioning. As there are previous negitive reviews it is worth pointing out. That 1. Phil does give you a note that clearly states on it that you should back up your data. This was common sense to me and I had done this prior to even taking my laptop there. 2. You obviously have to pay and if not they have the right to sell your item to regain the repair cost. 3. You have to collect it within 15 days. This is all printed onto their sheets, so per previous review stating they have lost photos. Well that is an obvious customer problem, and anyone with half a brain cell knows they should back their computer up. Phil is a very friendly guy, he called when he knew he had a screen in stock, and stated he would text when it was ready, which he did. I like to support our local businesses. And I know most people only post reviews when it is something negitive. He had what appeared to be a very busy trade, so for the fact there are few reviews he has far more happy customers, me being one of them. I cannot fault the service, the price, and the result and will be going there for any future repair needs.
