Visited this bakery with my brother who has a chronic lung condition and is medically exempt from wearing a mask. We were all wearing masks and his exemption identification was clearly displayed. We only met one member of staff when we went in and before we got a chance to speak we were cut off and the member of staff demanded that he wear a mask. We explained his medical exemption and that he is legally allowed to not wear a mask, which we were told doesn't matter because "it's the managers rule". My brother was very clearly distressed and embarrassed at this point to the point where he walked out of the shop in tears and feeling singled out. As a family of 5 we had been drawn in by the quality of their pastries in the window but ended up not buying anything and coming away very disappointed. I would not recommend this establishment purely on the basis of the attitude of the staff, especially if you have any family members who are exempt from wearing a mask.
