I have been training with Amanda for a few months now. Her fitness and nutrition package is absolutely brilliant and I have already achieved great results. I have learnt so much, Amanda is very knowledgeable, enthusiastic, patient, kind and goes above and beyond for her clients. I look forward to our weekly sessions and for the first time dont feel overwhelmed being in a gym environment. Every week is different and fun and Im always excited to attend my next session. Wish Id found her years ago !

I've been working with Amanda since January this year and it's been amazing! I went in with the goal of just wanting to feel stronger and more confident and we achieved it really quickly! Amanda goes above and beyond, tailoring the sessions to what you need and to help you achieve your goal, whether it's confidence, injury based or towards a competition. She knows her stuff and will put a lot of effort into making sure you get what you need in a session / home plan. I also took her short nutrition course and it ended up being massively value for money! She taught me basic nutrition but also listened to my worries about body image and helped me adjust the course to what I needed, no pressure or judegemnt at all. Knowing what to eat and why is a real eye opener. I cannot recommend her enough. Thanks Amanda!

I have just completed an online nutrition package with one to one nutrition sessions which also covers fitness advice. Amanda is very knowledgeable and put my mind at ease straight away and took the time to understand my lifestyle, fitness and eating habits and helped to give me a much better understanding of nutrition. Over the 5 weeks with Amanda I have lost 13 pounds and the weight loss is continuing thanks to Amanda's advice and contact through zoom calls and text messages throughout. Amanda always responded to questions that I had in a timely manner. I would highly recommend the online nutrition package as it was a simple but extremely effective way to make the changes I needed. Thank you Amanda for all of your time, knowledge and reassurance xx

5 weeks ago I started training with Amanda as I really needed to shift that lockdown lard. She is really knowledgeable and takes the time to discuss what you want from your personal training sessions. Her encouragement has given me the push I needed to start training again. Not only are there face to face sessions but Amanda keeps in touch throughout the week by phone calls, texts and informative videos, if you are ever unsure of an exercise she will do a video clip and send it onto you. I am looking forward to my future sessions and reaching my goal and have no hesitation in recommending Amanda.
