The Leslie Johnson Activities Centre

Lots of beds. Electric meter for cooking etc. (Lights are included in hire price). Games room is good, including a table tennis table. The kitchen is not fit for purpose - the hobs don't work very well and are very slow to warm up, same with the grills. Sharp knives don't have their own section so are left with the rest of the utensils. Only 2 toilets. It's a good place near to some good walking such as Thor's Cave - just don't expect too much from the kitchen.

A place to relax, chill out and have a chance to escape the hustle and bustle of the busy city life by enjoying a good walk and hike with the nearby foot trail leading to Manifold Valley and Wetton until you reach the top of Thor's Cave. When no place would be willing to accomodate us because of the effects of the Global Pandemic, the Leslie Johnson Activities Centre warmly welcomed us this Summer of 2020. Thank you so much and we are hoping to visit this place again.
