We loved staying at Ruby Cottage. Rachel was utterly delightful and made us feel VERY welcome. Cottage was lovely and warm even on a cold evening. We loved sitting outside with a nice cup of tea. We had our dog Hamish with us and Rachel suggested the Monsal Trail near Bakewell which he loved being off the lead. Tittersworth reservoir was also delightful but dogs need to be on lead due to wildlife. We enjoyed the local fish and chips. Make sure you bring cash for fish and chips and also many local car parks !! Highly recommend....
