With my hand on heart! Believe me when I say, "STAY WELL AWAY" I had a year from hell dealing with this company and issues with the van & boss. Blamed it on me when Toyota and other mechanics proved this was not the point. Am well out pocket as cheap parts they fitted failed and I still had to pay and fix myself!!

The Elgrand we bought from JCS SW we have had for two years now and the four of us have taken it all over the country in that time. The conversion is perfect and we have everything we need - the guys at JCS also fitted solar panels for us which keep the fridge and chargers going for a lot longer. The great thing is they also sort out any ongoing repairs for us - we turn up at the yard and their technician will fix things while we wait. They also provide servicing, MOT's and can provide advice on tyres etc. Considering the miles we have covered and the number of campsites we have stayed at, we have zero complaints - the van has held up really well. The 4 x 4 is really useful in some campsites too.

Went online to buy a bongo. Saw one and bought it. Exceptional workmanship on the interior with quality parts. Clean on the outside with added bonus of an underseal in place. With all the salt and pothole chippings on the road it needs to be sound.

Buyers beware!!! Purchased a VW T5 campervan from them 14 months ago. Only done 3k since purchased ( 2 trips to Scotland) and it needs a new engine. They don't want to talk to me, will not answer my phone calls apart from an e mail saying "they are busy and on holiday". 23k on a vehicle not fit for purchase. Please don't be ripped off like I have. Purchase somewhere else.This is my genuine experience with this company. On a further note after many months of taking my lovely campervan to many garages the engine is completely knackered and it will cost me 8k for a new engine. I've only done 3k miles since purchase. There argument is I put the wrong oil in it. Laughable excuse. You only need to check oil every 5k miles. Imagine spending 23k on a van from a dealer with an engine not fit for purpose. Please buy from a reputable dealer.

When the right van popped up I went to see these guys knowing nothing about them. Turns out they are absolutely sound. They clearly know what they are doing and the quality of their vehicles speaks for itself. No annoying salesmen tactics, no pressure, I was able to take my time and view what I wanted alone and for as long as necessary. They showed me all the features and checked they were working. Knew all the details I asked for including maintenance questions. When I did finally buy my Mazda bongo they reassured me that when I left, if any problems came up they'd be happy to sort them. 2 months later when I noticed the air conditioning wasn't working they were true to their word and sorted it out within the week! Amazing. Massively appreciated guys, thank you. I'm sure I'll be back and would fully recommend them to anyone looking for a camper in the area!
