I had an outstanding service from the team at Artemis Clarke, after a recommendation from an organisation with a judgement I trust. We needed quick help to identify candidates for interview for a Head of Finance role, and they stepped up straight away. I consider myself really fortunate to have come across team Artemis Clarke at the time when I had just moved to the UK and was daunted by the job seeking process for my first job here. The vetting process which a candidate is required to go through with Artemis Clarke stood out for me as it is boosted my self-confidence and kind of set the tone for what is expected of me as a finance professional. This is very different to other agencies who bombard you with options in the beginning but hardly anything ever gets materialised. The team takes the effort of getting to know you and gets you the most apt offers per your skill set. They go out of their way to make sure that you are comfortable with your new job by staying in touch even after getting you placed. Dealing with the Artemis Clarke team was a pleasure. The end to end process from first contact to placement was highly professional. The interview and vetting processes was quite novel with the use of some state of the art technology. The focus of the Artemis Clarke team was not only on making sure there was a technical fit between the recruiting company and the candidate but also a cultural one as well. The recruitment process was very much a personal one and not the tick a box approach one sees from so many organisations in the recruitment industry. The whole team clearly all had a deep understanding of the finance profession but also took time to correspond clearly and understand what I, as a candidate, was looking for. They were extremely supportive during the interview process as well. I would strongly recommend Artemis Clarke both from a candidate and recruiters perspective. Having used many recruiting companies over the years I can confirm Artemis Clarke offer a different, value adding approach.
