Booked a gel manicure through Treatwell. When I arrived I was told I couldnt have gel and could only receive a normal manicure. I was given about 4 colour options to choose from. There was no proper manicure done just some harsh scraping with a cuticle pusher and some random filing that did not shape my nails. The polish job was awful there was nail polish all over my fingers and it dried tacky and bumpy. She spent most of the appointment talking about previous clients that had complained and therefore I didnt feel comfortable to say anything about the quality of service. Someone turned up at the end of the appointment so I was rushed out. I had prepaid for the gel manicure via the Treatwell app and therefore have not been able to get a refund for this. I have emailed 3 times asking even just for a refund due to not receiving the requested treatment however I have had no response at all. I had to remove all the polish and redo my nails that evening as I was getting them done for a holiday. Poor service and basically stole 30 from me considering what I left with.b
