        Ridiculous queues at both self service and returns at 11.30 on a Wednesday morning, cant imagine what itll be like at busy times, not everyone wants to use self service, M&S are at risk of losing valued customers as a lot of older people Just dont want to use self service.

        Such a shame that every cafe in m and s I've ever been in around the country is the same......so badly managed. Staff are so nice but there appears to be no overall supervision/management. No person looks overall at issues such as queues, food shortages, clearing tables. This results in so many dissatisfied customers who are frustrated because the products are good but service issues render the products poor.
