        Love Lusso Stone products. A great company, Customer Service second to none - nothing is too much of a problem.

        I ordered a 200 kitchen tap, upon installation I noticed the tap was leaning forward and water was sitting around the tap and leaking through the seal. I contacted Lusso stone because they claim to have a lifetime guarantee for that tap, I spoke to David Evans, I sent him videos and pictures and he said he will send them to the manufacturing team and get back to me, however, he chose to do a disappearing act on me and stopped responding. The company offers lengthy guarantees but does not want to honour them. Jokers
