        My Husband and I went into TUI today on Teesside Park to book a cruise for our 25th Wedding Anniversary. We were helped by Rachael who was amazing. Really helpful and made us feel at ease and reassured as this was the first time for us booking on a cruise. Thank you Rachael for your help and guidance

        Went to Tui and was seen By Luke...1st Holiday abroad in 10 years, He was very understanding of our needs and that we didn't have a clue, explained everything in a way we felt comfortable and confident in our destination.. His knowledge was vast and he helped us get the best deal . really recommend LUKE (and Tui)

        we travelled to thailand with tui on a multi centre holiday in march and it was 10/10 amazing, but the customer service from Lynsey was so so helpful. lynsey was so eager to help us and so supportive whilst she handled our booking. I couldnt have asked for a better person to help us with our holiday!
