We did not really know what we were looking for but Rachael Harwood really knew her stuff. She explained everything about the sofas and told us about all the fabric ranges she was amazing she made the whole experience a simple but exciting one. There was no hard sell which I was very pleased about and thanks to her we are now looking forward to our new sofa arriving. We cannot praise Rachael enough. She makes a lovely cup of coffee too. In fact all the staff in the Stockton store are very welcoming and helpful. Thank you.

The staff are very friendly and helpful at Natuzzi especially Rachael who was very patient too. The sofas and chairs are very comfortable and well made. We have had numerous sofas in recent years which have been adequate but these appear to be in a different class. After buying a sofa we returned for reclining chairs due to the quality of the furniture.
