Appalling service manager accused us of lying when trying to return faulty baby shoes - absolutely disgusted by being told Ive met people like you before what kind of customer service is that !

Visited the shop on April 7th and was so stressed trying to find some shoes for the two kids, thankfully there was a lovely worker who helped us out called Tilly, wonderful service from her and made the at first stressful experience turn into a smashing one, can't thank her enough for her outstanding help as well as her overall politeness! Great worker all in all! Got two lovely pairs of shoes and will definitely be coming back!
