Update: I am now filing an N244 with the county court to prove how this company are con artists They sent the claim to the wrong address but are continuing enforcement I look forward to my day in court Awful company, was meant to work on my behalf, didn't progress or chase claim with lender for PPI, so I told them to stop and I will do it myself, in the end the lender advised no contact had been made by Fastrack apart from initial letter, Fastrack still sent me an invoice for their fee which I refused to pay so they took me to court which I was not aware of as the court paperwork was sent to the wrong address but they sent the high court enforcement officer to the correct address so they did have it FASTRACK you are an outrageously awful company who only want money for doing no work FASTRACK I challenge you to enter a court room with me to debate this, I suggest you call me as I am getting no where with your solicitor Joseph James The whole situation is bullish Had you done the work I would of paid you Right now you are threatening further legal action

Absolute scam how is what they're doing even legal DO NOT USE! I originally used this company to apply for them to claim for me. However months passed and nothing happened so i ended up doing it myself online as I realised I could do it for free myself. As soon as I did they claimed I owed them 30% of the money which I paid knowing that i did originally put it through them. Now I received another claim from them them yet I've not received any more money yet again threatening everything under the sun over 30 daily messages absolutely shocking I received nothing since the first claim your a joke of a company that offer something to help people do absolutely nothing then chase people to the end of the earth for money that's not rightfully yours.
