They must be the only company in the land that does not have a telephone number on their website. That is no real problem in itself, if they respond quickly, but two emails and three days later when they did finally respond, I had already placed the order elsewhere.

I recently ordered 100 pins with them and the communication was excellent; they were patient with my questions regarding how to use the production board and were happy to help with any queries I had. The pins themselves are of a beautiful quality and I couldn't recommend them any higher for small businesses based in the UK!

Ordered enamel pins for a youth sport club and I'm so delighted with them! The quality is amazing and the design came out so well. The cost was very reasonable and considering we are a small club I'm so happy we can provide this to the players without breaking the bank. We will definitely be ordering more!
