        Well calibrated my fluke easy and quick service Only issue collection 15 and FedEx never showed up (my advice please dont use FedEx) and will give you 5 stars next time

        I recommended Pass to a friend for his annual calibration on fga unit. Usually 1 to 2 day turn around. 3 weeks later, constant chasing up they finally admit to loosing the unit. No calls or emails from them to keep updated, nothing. And to this day of me writing this, still no unit or phone call. Terrible customer service. I will never use them again nor will I ever recommend them again. How embarrassing.

        Ordered 2x 5L hand sanitisers. On delivery realised they did not contain alcohol so phoned to arrange an exchange. Simple right? Wrong. Was told because it is "PPE" (YEAH RIGHT) that it cannot be exchanged. Unfair and very disappointing. Will never order again.
