        Friday 7 pm Receptionist acted like I don't exist when asking for information as a new client. All she did was chatted to other people and I had to excuse my self while standing at till. Asked a second time regards payments , and she even gave me a annoyed look, like what do you want. Why do companies hire such incompetent rude people?

        For the money they charge 3/4 showers not working in the women's changing room is just not acceptable, always queuing for ages for a shower. The teachers are wonderful but the business needs to sort out the basics.
