Ashtanga Yoga Manchester

Paid for a 6 week beginners course, arrived for the first week (22 June 2019) and there was no instructor. Have emailed and called organiser and had no response. Very disappointing.

I can not recommend this studio enough. The teachers are all incredible - in terms of their knowledge and their ability to recognise where you need support and how to help you progress in your practice. The class sizes are always good and if it is a busy session then there are always 2 teachers to make sure you get the attention you need for adjustments, safety and to help you progress. I always leave class feeling so at peace. Ive been to several classes and studios in Manchester and around Greater Manchester and this is by far the best - highly recommended.

I can highly recommend Ashtanga Manchester. The teachers are amazing at both teaching and supporting students to learn and improve during every class.

I cant recommend this studio enough, I havent been doing yoga long and had zero experience of yoga before starting here so I signed up for a beginners course which gave me the perfect introduction into the Ashtanga practice. The teachers were incredibly supportive with guidance, support and advice on necessary adjustments which gave me the knowledge and confidence to pursue my practise and to join the Mysore class, which I continue to go to today.

Too cramped. Too many people for the room. Didnt get any 1 on 1 attention i.e correcriom of form etc. Emailed asking for a refund. Was ignored.
